ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY TX RESEARCH PEPTIDES ARE STRICTLY FOR LABORATORY AND RESEARCH USE ONLY.

Our products are not intended for human consumption, animal use, or therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical purposes of any kind. They are not drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, foods, or dietary supplements, and they have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any use. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that there are risks involved with their handling and use.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified laboratory or research institution
• You will use the products solely for lawful, in vitro research purposes
• You have the training and knowledge to handle research compounds safely, in accordance with good laboratory practices
• You will not resell, relabel, or redistribute the products for any prohibited use

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders we suspect are intended for non research use, and to request verification of research credentials before fulfilling an order.

You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Human or animal consumption
• Resale without authorization
• Violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Fraudulent orders or fraudulent payment disputes

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are accurate. Product information is provided for research reference only and is not a guarantee of fitness for any particular experimental purpose. Purity and identity data reflect third party testing of the referenced batch at the time of testing.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Payment is due in full at the time of order, and by submitting payment you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Discount codes — including affiliate / referral codes that grant a customer discount — apply only to single-bottle line items at their full single-bottle price. Multi-pack pricing (5-pack and 10-pack) already includes a built-in bundle discount (10% and 15% off respectively), and discount codes cannot be combined with that bundle pricing.

In a mixed cart, the code reduces only the eligible single-bottle items and leaves multi-pack lines at their bundle price. If a cart contains only multi-pack items, no percent or fixed-dollar code will apply. Free-shipping codes are unaffected by this rule. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted once products have left our facility. Replacements for damaged, incorrect, or lost orders are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Shipping timelines and our lost or damaged package policy are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Unless otherwise stated, risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier, except as covered by our replacement policy for packages confirmed lost or damaged in transit.

You are solely responsible for the proper receipt, handling, storage, and use of products after delivery. Recommended storage conditions are provided for reference. We are not liable for degradation resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

If you have any issue with an order, contact us first at the email below. We resolve nearly all issues within one business day. Initiating a payment dispute for an order you received, without first contacting us, may be treated as a fraudulent chargeback and may result in refusal of future service and recovery of costs where permitted by law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
