Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and our strict quality control standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have left our facility. All sales are final.

To guarantee the purity, integrity, and efficacy of our research compounds, we cannot restock or resell items that have been outside of our direct control. This policy ensures that every customer receives pristine, uncompromised products shipped directly from our controlled environment, and it protects the integrity of every batch and the Certificate of Analysis that stands behind it.

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items
• Photographs of the packaging it arrived in

Once verified, we will ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost to you. We offer replacements rather than refunds for damaged or incorrect items, so your research is never left waiting.

Every order ships with full tracking. If your package is lost in transit and the tracking information confirms it was not delivered, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will ship a free replacement order.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, or for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double check your shipping address before completing your order.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. We dispatch quickly, with most orders leaving our facility within 24 hours, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, the policies above apply.

Every product we sell is supported by a batch specific COA documenting third party purity and identity testing. If you believe a product does not match its COA specifications, contact us with your order number, the batch number printed on the vial, and a description of the concern. We take quality reports seriously. We will investigate with the testing laboratory and, where the concern is verified, ship a replacement at no cost.

Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies, any approved refunds, which are granted in exceptional circumstances solely at our discretion, will be issued based on the USD value of the order at the time of purchase, not the current cryptocurrency value.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We resolve nearly every issue within one business day, and a direct message will always be faster than a dispute process. Chargebacks filed on orders confirmed as delivered may be contested with carrier delivery documentation.
