Shipping Policy

Orders are processed efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, but we prioritize speed and accuracy in every shipment.

We ship via USPS with tracking provided on every order. Shipping is a flat rate of $12 per order within the United States. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within the United States. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

All products are carefully packaged in discreet, secure materials to protect compound integrity during transit. Lyophilized products remain stable at room temperature during typical shipping times.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, for damaged items, clear photographs of the items and packaging. Verified lost or damaged orders will be replaced at no additional cost. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, or for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, we are unable to guarantee delivery or issue a refund for the order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipment costs.

Orders are shipped within the United States only. By placing an order, you confirm that receipt of research compounds is permitted in your location and that the products will be used strictly for laboratory and research purposes.
